Once you have submitted your details, the number plate will be made exactly as you have specified. Please double check before submitting your order.
As each number plate is personalised, they are non-refundable. If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order, you may do so as long as you do so within 15 minutes of its completion.
If you believe your product is faulty or has an issue, please contact us.
We are always happy to help resolve any issues.Returns can only be made if the goods are damaged or have been made incorrectly.
With this, we will rectify the issue and get them returned to you ASAP.
Ensure your shipping address and postcode are correct. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you, but your order will remain on hold until we hear from you.
Number Plate Clinic isn’t responsible for postal delays, wrong postage methods, or non-UK addresses chosen for UK deliveries. Lost items are considered undelivered after 14 days, and once goods are dispatched, refunds or cancellations aren’t possible.
We’re not liable for lost, missing, or stolen goods. We’ll provide tracking details, but responsibility for following up lies with you. Replacements or refunds for lost items require a postal investigation and insurance payout.
Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If you’re unavailable, items may be destroyed, and no replacements will be made.

These plates certainly make your car stand out. After buying the 4Druby red and black gel plates last week for my little GTi Up (to match the red stripe on the back)I loved them so much and was so impressed that I straight away sent for a set for my husbands car. I bought him the 4D black with black gel and he loves them.They make your car stand out and that little bit special. In fact I now play spot the gel plates when out driving(saw 3 today). Both sets of plates were super quality and well made and arrived within a few days of ordering. The only down size is the price as there’re a bit expensive. Would definitely recommend.
