Non-Refundable Items:
Personalised or bespoke number plates are non-refundable once the order has been placed, as these items are made to your specifications.
Sale items and items purchased with a coupon are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be refunded or returned.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged or faulty upon arrival. You must contact us as soon as delivered with photographic evidence to process a return.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind or if you want to cancel an order once it has been processed.
If your product is faulty or incorrect, we will rectify the issue and send you a replacement or rectified item, but no cash refunds will be issued.
We offer a 14-day refund for new, unused non-personalised items such as number plate holders or screws, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. This policy does not apply to bespoke or personalised items, including custom-made number plates, which are non-refundable.
We will only exchange items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at info@numberplateclinic.co.uk with your order number and a note explaining the issue. We will assist in getting the item rectified and returned to you.
Gift Returns:
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for personalised or bespoke items once they are made.

If the wrong Shipping Address or postcode is entered, we will attempt to contact you by phone and email. If we cannot reach you, your order will remain on hold until you contact us. Accuracy of postcode details is essential.
Number Plate Clinic cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for postal delays or any failures outside our control.
We are not liable for issues arising from selecting the incorrect postage method or if a UK delivery chosen for a non-UK address.
Lost items are not considered lost by couriers until 14 days after posting.
If a non-signed-for delivery method is selected, we are not liable for lost or missing items. We will provide tracking details, but it is your responsibility to follow up with the courier.
If a courier attempts delivery twice and you are unavailable both times, the goods will be destroyed. We will not replace items destroyed by the courier. You will be required to purchase a new product.
Replacement Policy: If you receive damaged goods or goods that do not meet our quality standards, please email us with photographic evidence.
We will only process replacements for damaged goods once we have received photographic proof.
All products are quality checked before leaving our premises. No refunds or replacements will be processed without this photographic evidence.
Installation Guidelines:
Our number plates are designed to fit standard UK sizes but do not come with pre-drilled holes or adhesive backing. We recommend using strong double-sided sticky pads or number plate holders.
Reflective Layer:
Plates do not come with sticky film on the reflective layer. Ensure you use the correct adhesive method for proper installation.
Screws & Warranty:
Do not use screws with our number plates (2D, 3D, or 4D). Using screws will void your 3-year warranty as it compromises the structural integrity and lifespan of the plates.
Warranty Information:
Our plates are made from high-quality materials. Improper installation, including using screws, will void the warranty.
