This morning after I received the letter, I immediately spoke to (Staff Member) on reception and she informed me that if I email over the parking fine (attached), you would be able to look into it.

Just make sure that you have the necessary information at hand to feed to the tool, and go on a journey of trial and error.
There have already been successes with using ChatGPT to appeal fines, but is this something we recommend doing? The answer depends on you. If you do not have experience in the field of writing appeals, and you don’t know how to approach something like this, ChatGPT can be a great tool, but never rely on it completely.
As we’ve already mentioned, it can make mistakes and output the wrong information, tone, or structure, so a human eye will always be needed.
Before you hop on and use ChatGPT to all your new appeals, we encourage you to keep the risks of using this tool in mind. While ChatGPT can have lots of fantastic uses, it will not always be perfect, and revisions will likely need to be done before the output is suitable to be sent to a government office to do its job.
You will need to read through and edit the work, and probably add to it as well, in order to get it up to scratch. Remember to personalise it with the appropriate names, locations, and numbers if necessary, and ensure that it’s consistent, as a lot of ChatGPT can change perspective in the middle of writing.
It’s also possible that the receiver may dislike your use of ChatGPT. While this should play no role in the validity of your defence, it might result in some trouble or frustration – but this is unlikely to happen.
