If you get caught driving in the UK without a number plate, under the new proposal, you will get three penalty points on your licence, and you will also be asked to pay a one hundred pounds fine. I ordered two plates one light carbon with double krystal topaz which arrived very quickly while remaining high quality and looks awesome on the car. The second plate was starlight gel double ruby crystal which didn’t arrive with first plate and when I asked where it was I was told some letters were out of stock so waited a little longer which wasn’t a major issue. When they arrived the quality wasn’t to the same high standard the first was. Some of the letters had divets in and one of the letters didn’t fit properly so contacted the company on Facebook and had a quick response asking what the problem was. I was able to take pictures and get the issue across. They got back to me after a couple of days and sent me new letters out to attach myself which was easy enough but still had a problem with the letter that didn’t fit properly so contacted them back to say still have 1 issue and found out it was a supplier issue which was rectified and new letters sent out and fitted perfectly. Went to put them on the car and realised the ruby crystal looked orange which wasn’t the correct colour as it was meant to be red. I contacted them again to ask why the plates now look orange and they said its because we have different shades of red like neon red, blood red and crystal red etc. I wasn’t happy that this was the case as we took our time choosing the right colour to go with the car so we wanted a deep red which on their website was ruby crystal but apparently that was the plate we received so I sent a picture saying this is the plate we wanted and it shows a deep red with the wording ruby crystal so waited for a response back and received one back saying we will send a new plate with blood red FOC. New plates arrived and the difference between them is crazy but looks good with high quality as first plate. Even though we had issues they were easy to contact and responded in a timely manner willing to help with any issues we had and definitely can’t fault them for sorting them out for us. Thank you so much for these awesome plates that just set the cars off nicely and resolving any issues we had. Would definitely recommend them.
